SamA note to say thank you for everything you did for mum in the short time that she was with yourselves. Whilist she was with you, you took away the worry as to whether she was being cared for properly. She always looked clean, tidy and her hair finally looked how it should. Whenever we visited we were made to feel very welcome any questions we had were always answered fully instead of being swept under the carpet ad we’d experienced previously. Mum loved her flowers and we know you always have some in the entrance hall.
